Missy Polozola, creator of Silent Seeds Studio, is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. She is married to Deacon Kyle Polozola and mother to four beautiful, lively girls. Missy has a degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Painting from the University of Louisiana and her Certification in Spiritual Direction through the Alleluia School in Augusta, GA. Missy had the privilege of spending two years in formation with the Dominican Sisters in Nashville, Tennessee and counts those years as some of the most important in her life.
As an artist and spiritual director Missy believes that cultivating lives of prayer is something each of us can do. Through leading workshops, Catholic speaking engagements and spiritual direction, Missy offers hope and practical ways to live in friendship with Christ.
Missy is excited to combine her love of art and Christ-centered relationships through Silent Seeds Studio. Silent seeds began as a daily prayer blog and over the years has transformed into what it is today- leading workshops, retreats, Spiritual Direction, creating art, and speaking engagements.
Missy is passionate about her Catholic faith and living it- and finds joy in sharing it with others!
