Silent Seeds Reflections is a meditation on the daily scriptures. Born out of a desire to go deeper into the word of God and cultivate a space for His words to come to life and have their relevance further realized. We are so happy you are here and hope this is a place where you can hear Him speaking directly to you.
Our faith sprouts and grows. It takes tending but ultimately it grows, not of our own accord, but by the power of God. The power put in the seed at its inception.
“This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the land. Night and day, while he sleeps, when he is awake, the seed is sprouting and growing; how, he does not know. Of its own accord the land produces first the shoot, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. And when the crop is ready, at once he starts to reap because the harvest has come.”

Let us “build one another up” not tear down…As Hurricane Ida has wreaked havoc all over our Louisiana…let us remember to be the people who help to build up. To help build up our neighbors homes and their hearts as they face such devastation. And to remember to practice this in our everyday lives!
